How do I help?
Well, here are a few of the many solutions I've provided...
Standardized and automated stock distribution to shops (40 locations) using the economic stock-quantity process so as to not over (or under) stock the shelves, thereby saving over 4-6 hours per day in stock request calls.
Automated asset maintenance (MTBF based) through system generated maintenance schedules. Doing this saved them over 40manhours a week in the complicated process of manually reviewing technical documentation.
Automated Dead Stock processes and results. Previously, this was not possible to do and hence (as in most companies), they relied on sample based inventory calculation and provisioning a set percentage of the stock.
Coordinated and managed serial enabled inventory transactions within 3 months. Something required by the product manufacturer and which the client was struggling to accomplish for more than two years. Identified the risks of standard based costing for their Samsung mobile department.
Provided them the solution for their Bagless Customer in-shop sales initiative and requirement.
Provided an automated central ordering system (multiple restaurant brands) that provided the logistics and management of “the right order to the right branch” for customer delivery.
